DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Enjoy free shipping within India when you pay online via debit card, credit card, Paypal, net banking or bank transfer. Orders placed in India are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies.

All prices are inclusive of 12% GST. Domestic orders are shipped anywhere between 12-14 business days as we're a made-to-order brand. Usually orders are shipped much quicker but this is a just-in-case. In case there is a delay in production, we will immediately contact you regarding the same. The shipping time for customised orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. 

As most of our products are specially made to order, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. However, we can take requests of Cash on Delivery manually if you contact us and we will charge a certain advance amount to confirm your COD order.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer shipping worldwide and there is an additional shipping fee charged for international shipping. Rates will be calculated at the check out depending on your location. International orders will be processed & dispatched in 10-12 working days. Please allow an additional 10-12 business days for shipping, might vary depending upon your location.

We are not liable for any delays or issues with shipments once they have been dispatched from our headquarters. Delays or loss of packages must be taken up with the courier company directly.

Customs / Duties

Any additional taxes, custom duties or VAT applicable must be covered by the customer. 
These charges are not included in the shipping fee. Khajoor does not take any responsibility for any additional charges, nor will we be aware of them as they solely depend on the destination country.

Please contact your nearest customs office for current custom charges applicable before you place your order so that you are not surprised by the customs charged on your parcel at the time of delivery. Once your shipment is dispatched and if you are unable to pay these at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be cancelled or refunded.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We would also be happy to track your shipment and will provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering. We will do our very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address you would have provided us with.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

The customer can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by mailing us at info@khajoor.in, no changes in the shipping address will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.

REFUND

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.

RETURNS

Every single piece designed & produced at Khajoor Studio goes through stringent quality checks. We don't mass produce, hence each product is made to order especially for you. Unevenness in colour & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.

All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at info@khajoor.in within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

In case you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order via email at info@khajoor.in
